Excerpts from the book The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. I recommend that you read this book as soon as possible.
“The solution to all of my problems was to make personal development a priority in my daily life.”
“If you want your life to be different, you have to be willing to do something different first!” Kevin Bracy
The real impact and consequence of each of our choices is monumental because it determines who we are becoming, which determines the quality of our lives. As T. Harv Eker said “How you do anything is how you do everything.”
Arguably the single most significant cause of mediocrity and unfulfilled potential is that most people have no sense of urgency to improve themselves so they can improve their lives. Human nature is to live with a ‘someday’ mindset and think life will work itself out. How’s that working out for everybody?
Morning exercise should be a staple in your daily rituals. As Robin Sharma says, “if you don’t make time for exercise, you’ll probably have to make time for illness”
There is more value in re-reading a book that has strategies to improve your life than there is in reading a new book (especially if you haven’t mastered the skills from the first book).
